Connie served as director of finance for the Texas Commission on the Arts before joining Joe Cooks! Catering in 1994 where she manages business operations. But it was her artists background that has been invaluable to Joe Cooks! Catering. She uses her artistic touch in the company's unique flower arrangements, special garnishing effects and has created an organic garden that supplies the chef with edible garnishes, fresh herbs, as well as beautiful flowers.
